This month’s Serra employee spotlight is all about a special People Pleaser.

Ali Yoho has been with Serra for 5 1/2 years. She worked in our Mazda and Subaru stores until her recent promotion to Business Manager of Serra Chevrolet.

Ali was kind enough to answer some fun questions so you can get to know her better.

All About Ali

What’s your favorite local food joint?
The Bistro of Green. They have the most amazing staff/owners, not to mention the best food ever.

Where can we find you on a Sunday afternoon?
Sundays I am either snuggled up with my bulldog, cooking food for the week, watching the Steelers play, or watching my oldest, Sofia, playing volleyball.

What was your first job?
Other than babysitting, I started serving at Chicken Manor in Kent when I was 16.

What’s your most-used emoji?

What was the first concert you attended?
Rita from our advertising group will love this one: NKOTB, baby!

What’s your hidden talent?
Never being able to pick a place to eat. Or knowing all the words to every single 90s rap song out there.

But truly, I think it’s making each person I encounter feel important.

If you had to eat one thing for every meal, what would you eat?
That’s kind of hard because I never know what I want to eat. But, I would say Mexican.

Knowing what you know now, what advice would you give your 18-year-old self?
I think the best advice I would give my 18 year old self, would be to always be true to who you are. People may not always appreciate you or the special things you do for them, but there aren’t very many people like you – so just be you.

What would customers be surprised to learn about Serra?
That we truly are a massive family and that we are not like all the stigmas out there regarding sales people. We care so much about people and are really there just to help.

Stop in and see Ali’s friendly face at our Serra Chevy location!
